Please read the general terms and conditions before using this site. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of use set forth herein. LABORATORIO ACLIMU SRL, hereinafter “LABORATORIO ACLIMU”, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part. You are advised to read them carefully whenever you use the site. Should you not accept them, you must refrain from using this site.

Terms and Conditions of Use

This agreement describes the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) applicable to the use of the services offered by LABORATORIO ACLIMU on this website. They form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of use of the site. By accepting them, the User accepts the policies contained herein.

Any person who does not accept these General Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory and binding, must refrain from using the site and/or the services. By accessing the LABORATORIO ACLIMU site, whether directly or through any link, the User undertakes to comply with the terms set forth below.

User Responsibility

The User is legally responsible for the proper use of the service, and expressly undertakes to refrain from any action that may affect and/or damage systems, equipment or services accessible directly or indirectly through the Internet, including the intentional congestion of links or systems.

The User assumes full liability towards LABORATORIO ACLIMU and third parties for any damages arising as a consequence of the User’s own actions, those of the User’s dependents or of third parties connected through the User, as well as those resulting from non-compliance with the legal regulations in force, and shall indemnify and hold LABORATORIO ACLIMU harmless against any claim and/or administrative or judicial contingency.

Limitation of Liability

LABORATORIO ACLIMU shall not be liable to the User or to third parties for any damages arising as a consequence of the actions of other users or third parties, nor for any direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss or expense arising in connection with this site or the inability to use it, performance failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, power outages, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, or system or line failures not attributable to LABORATORIO ACLIMU.

Links to Other Sites

The User acknowledges that links to other sites or files that may be accessed from the LABORATORIO ACLIMU site are used at the User’s own risk. LABORATORIO ACLIMU does not investigate, verify, monitor or endorse the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on other sites, which are governed by their own Terms and Conditions of Use. Information provided by third parties is the sole responsibility of such third parties.

Modifications to the Services

LABORATORIO ACLIMU may expand, alter or improve the services offered, as well as modify these conditions, the manner of access to the service and the commercial conditions at any time, without the need for prior communication and/or notice. All or part of the information, products and/or services may not be available in all geographic areas of the country and/or abroad.

Appointment cancellations and refunds

The User may cancel or reschedule an appointment booked through the site at any time prior to the provision of the service, by using the management link received by email or by contacting the front desk.

Cancellation prior to the appointment: the User is entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid, without administrative fees or penalties, at any time before the start of the appointment.

Rescheduling: changing the date and time is free of charge at any time prior to the appointment, without affecting the amount paid.

No-show without prior cancellation:if the User does not attend the appointment and did not cancel it in advance, the amount paid will remain available as a credit in the User’s favor, which may be used to reschedule the same test or another test of equal or greater value within the following 6 (six) months.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 10 (ten) business days following the request. To initiate a refund, the User must write to recepcion@aclimu.com.ar stating the appointment number and the reason.

Returns Policy

Since LABORATORIO ACLIMU provides clinical analysis services —that is, professional health services and not physical goods— returns are not accepted once the test has been performed. Sample collection, biochemical processing and the issuance of results are strictly personal medical acts which, by their nature, do not admit reimbursement after their performance.

Exceptions to the no-returns policy:

• Inability to perform the test for reasons attributable to the laboratory (for example, lack of supplies, technical failure of equipment or unforeseen closure): refund of 100% of the amount paid.
• Technically invalid results due to laboratory error (contaminated sample, processing error or any other reason attributable to LABORATORIO ACLIMU): the test will be repeated free of charge, or the User may opt for a refund of 100% of the amount paid.
• Duplicate or erroneous charge: immediate refund of the difference.

Return costs, where applicable, shall be borne by LABORATORIO ACLIMU. The User shall not bear any administrative or handling costs for valid refunds.

The data collected or used on the LABORATORIO ACLIMU site are protected by the Privacy Policy, which may be consulted on this site.
