By WhatsApp, phone or in person. Tell us which test your doctor ordered and which health insurance or prepaid plan you have.
We check your coverage
We confirm what your plan covers, whether it needs prior authorization and whether there are co-payments. Everything is clear before your appointment.
We set the day and time
We give you the appointment that suits you best. We send you the specific preparation instructions and a reminder the day before.
Come in on the day
Bring your ID, prescription and insurance card. We see you at the agreed time.
