Privacy Policy

1. General terms
LABORATORIO ACLIMU SRL is committed to protecting the privacy of members, patients and users of its website. This policy applies exclusively to the information collected by LABORATORIO ACLIMU and not to other linked sites, for which the company is not responsible. The organization maintains physical and logical security policies that are under constant review in order to comply with national regulations on the protection of personal data.
2. General information
The system automatically collects information by means of “cookies” —small data files stored on the hard drive while browsing—. These files contain only information that the user supplies voluntarily. Users may disable cookies in their browser, although doing so may limit access to certain services.
3. Specific information about you
LABORATORIO ACLIMU requests personal data such as full name, address, email address and telephone number in order to provide services through the website; such data are collected only with the user’s voluntary consent. The organization does not sell, rent, exchange or lend personal information of any kind, and restricts access to it to employees with legitimate work-related needs.
4. Purposes of collection
The information is collected in order to:
- Authenticate members, patients, suppliers or users.
- Provide services.
- Conduct surveys.
- Process subscriptions and related offers.
- Provide more personalized services.
5. Use of information
LABORATORIO ACLIMU will not disclose identifiable information without express consent. It may send institutional information, determine aggregate, non-identifiable demographic data, and share general market statistics. Users may request not to receive future mailings by email or by letter.
6. Exceptions
LABORATORIO ACLIMU may disclose private information only in order to: a) comply with legal and/or judicial requirements; b) comply with requests from governmental or regulatory authorities.
7. Children’s privacy
Parents and guardians are encouraged to take an active part in the online activities of minors, supervising the services they use and the information they access.
8. Updates to this policy
LABORATORIO ACLIMU constantly reviews security and privacy matters and informs users of any changes through the website.
9. Access, rectification and deletion of data
In accordance with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, data subjects may request information about their data, which will be provided within ten business days. The organization guarantees rectification or deletion within a maximum period of five business days. The right of access is free of charge and may be exercised no more than once every six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated. To exercise it, send an email to recepcion@aclimu.com.ar with the subject “Informar” (inform), “Rectificar” (rectify), “Suprimir” (delete) or “Actualizar” (update), as applicable.
10. Acceptance of these terms
By using the website, the user acknowledges being aware of the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, and is deemed to have accepted them.
Personal data protection
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating or deletion by contacting Laboratorio Aclimu SRL through any of the following means: in person at our premises, by post to Paraguay 2452 4°A, CABA (C1121), or by email to recepcion@aclimu.com.ar. Proof of identity must be provided and a form must be completed indicating the changes requested; the laboratory responds within 5 business days.
The AAIP (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, Argentina’s data protection authority), in its capacity as the supervisory authority under Law 25.326, has the power to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with the regulations on personal data protection.
