Cancellation and Returns Policy

At Laboratorio Aclimu we accept returns and exchanges of products purchased through our website, whether due to defects or for any other reason, at no cost to the purchaser and with no time limit. The applicable conditions are set out below.

Product returns

Which products may be returned

We accept returns of new products purchased on our website, whether the reason is:

• Defective or damaged product: the item arrived in poor condition, has manufacturing defects or does not work properly.
• Non-defective product: the purchaser wishes to return the item for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect purchase, etc.).

Deadline to request a return

Returns may be requested at any time, with no maximum period from the date of purchase.

Cost of the return

Returns are free of charge. The purchaser bears no administrative or transport costs related to the return process.

Return method

Returns are made in person at our premises:

• Come to the laboratory reception desk with the product and the proof of purchase, during regular business hours.
• The refund is processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 1 business day of the laboratory receiving the product.

Product exchanges

We accept product exchanges without restrictions. The purchaser may request an exchange for another item of equal or different value, paying or receiving the difference, as applicable. The procedure is identical to that for returns: in person at our premises, free of charge and with no time limit.

Cancellation of appointments and services

Appointments for clinical tests booked online may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time prior to sample collection, without penalty. The amount paid is refunded to the same payment method within 10 business days. For further details, please refer to the appointment cancellation section of the Terms and Conditions.

How to initiate a return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, the purchaser may:

• Visit the laboratory premises in person with the product and the proof of purchase.
• Write to recepcion@aclimu.com.ar stating the order number and the reason, in order to arrange the return.

Location

In-person returns and exchanges are handled at the premises of Laboratorio Aclimu, located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, during regular business hours.
